About this site, and a little about me.

I am a Realtor with Compass - I've been selling millions and millions of dollars worth of homes all over the Los Angeles market since 2003, passionate about what I do and about where I live and that I understand the local real estate market.

I am a 30 year resident of Los Angeles, and a former member of the Music Business, having worked at Warner Bros Records for many years as Senior Director of Sales and Marketing.  I am active in my community and volunteer work including Meals on wheels and I am on the board of directors for my children's school and on the Agent Leadership Counsel for the local Keller Williams Los Feliz office, which happens to be the #1 real estate office in the market.

I tend to give practical, down to earth no nonsense advice to my clients even when that isn't what they want to hear.  Real estate isn't always pretty and it helps to have a sense of humor.   As a real estate agent I know there is no substitue for experience and The real estate industry is built  on mythology  but I like facts and metrics and I like to look beyond the mythology and get the facts so that buyers and sellers can make informed decisions.
